1. Recruitment plan
Recruit 185 community workers (position one) and 2 subsistence allowance coordinators (position two) to engage in front-line service work.
2. Application conditions
1. High political quality, law-abiding, decent style, strong sense of responsibility, and no violations of laws and disciplines.
2. Love grassroots work, have certain communication, organization and coordination and writing skills, be proficient in computer applications, be hard-working and have a spirit of dedication.
3. Be physically and mentally healthy and obtain appropriate academic qualifications.
Possess a college degree or above and be under 40 years old (born after January 1, 1983).
3. Application Process
This recruitment consists of six stages: registration (qualification review), written examination, interview, physical examination and inspection (political review), public announcement, and recruitment.
(1) Registration (Qualification Review)
On-site registration is adopted. Those who meet the registration requirements must register at the designated location within the specified time.
After successful registration, the written examination will be organized and organized uniformly.

3. Registration materials
My ID card, graduation certificate, and relevant qualification certificates (all the above materials need to be brought Original and photocopy), registration form (download and fill it out by yourself, see attachment 2 for details), 1 recent two-inch ID photo without a hat, an electronic version of the ID photo with the same background (jpg format, 20~100kb, scan the QR code on WeChat to submit on-site), Academic degree certification materials issued by Xinwang.
Applicants should provide information and materials truthfully. Those who commit fraud will be disqualified once verified.
(2) Written examination
The written examination is a 100-point closed-book examination, accounting for 50% of the total score.
It focuses on examining knowledge such as public foundation, compre hensive ability and community practice, and does not specify examination materials.
If the ratio between the number of positions and the number of applicants for the position does not reach the ratio of 1:3, the number of recruits for the position will be reduced accordingly. The reduction announcement will be announced on the Nanjing Gulou District Government Portal after the registration is completed.

(3) Interview
The candidates for interview will be determined based on the written test scores in a ratio of 1:3.
The interview is a 100-point structured interview, accounting for 50% of the total score.

(4) Physical examination and inspection (political review)
The total score will be calculated based on the sum of written test scores and interview scores, each accounting for 50%.
Determine the objects for physical examination and inspection (political review) according to the 1:1 ratio from high score to low score.
(5) Announcement
Those who pass the physical examination and inspection (political review) will be announced on the Nanjing Gulou District Government portal website as candidates for employment.
In the physical examination, inspection (political review), public announcement and other links, when there are vacancies due to reasons such as applicants not meeting the requirements, voluntarily giving up, etc., the candidates who have passed the exam for the position will be selected from the highest to the highest total exam scores. The lowest order is followed.
(6) Recruitment
After the expiration of the public notice period, they will be assigned to work in various streets and communities, go through the recruitment procedures in accordance with the relevant regulations of each employer, and sign a labor dispatch labor contract with Nanjing Gulou Human Resources Co., Ltd.
Each employer is responsible for daily management and performance appraisal.
